Community Outreach Programme 2026

Kildare Credit Union is delighted to share that the Community Outreach Programme will be running again in the 2026 financial year. Since its launch in 2016, the Community Outreach Programme has proudly supported local voluntary groups with over €200,000 in funding, helping bring a wide range of meaningful community projects to life.

This year, we are especially eager to support initiatives that focus on climate action and reducing our community’s carbon footprint. Projects with this focus will be prioritised as we distribute the 2026 fund of €25,000.

If you or your organisation are planning an event or project and would like to apply for sponsorship or funding, please take a moment to read the information leaflet and complete the attached application form.

We are accepting applications from now until the end of March 2026. The Board of Directors will review all submissions in April, and we will be in touch with every applicant afterwards.

We are genuinely excited to hear about the creative, thoughtful, and community‑minded projects being planned. The work carried out by our local voluntary organisations enriches our community in countless ways, and we are honoured to support it.
