Service Update – Instant Payments (SCT INST)

Please be aware that on Friday, 21st November 2025 from 10:00 PM to approx. 1:30 AM, instant payments (SCT INST) will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance by Intesa Sanpaolo.

During this time:

• Instant payments in or out of accounts will be rejected
• Members can still make payments via SEPA Classic
• Payments sent during the outage will be received on Monday, 24th November 2025
