Web Server Patching 25th August 2026

Dear Members,

Our IT provider will be applying security updates to web servers tonight  (Tuesday 25^th, 2026). The maintenance window for the updates is 11pm until midnight.  Logging in to Online Banking and Mobile App will be lightly impacted during this window.

Service will be failed over to the secondary server for continuity of service during the updates.  During the failover there is likely to be a brief drop in connectivity (possibly up to two minutes). There will be a similar drop during failback. This is unavoidable.
